Timer

A session is a solid 60 minutes and customers are charged by the hour. Extra time is added in whole hours only, and every added hour is charged at the rate in force when that hour starts.

Pricing

These are the rates customers are actually charged. Change one here and it applies on every device straight away. Base covers one or two players; +player is added for each player beyond two. PC is single-player, so its +player column is ignored.

๐Ÿ”’ Who can see what

Access is decided by the account signing in, not by a password typed into this browser. Owners see Revenue and can change rates. Staff can run sessions and void mistakes, but cannot change a recorded amount or a price.

Danger Zone

Finished sessions can never be deleted โ€” by anyone, including you. Void them instead from the Revenue page and they stay visible with a reason. This is what lets both partners trust the totals.
